Oakes secured the project though a traditional tender process based upon a mixture of price, experience and quality. The traditional gas boilers were replaced along with new pipework, inverter driver high efficiency pumps, power and BMS controls, water treatment and balancing. The works were completed during the school term whilst the school remained in operation
