Oakes Energy is proud to be delivering another high-impact project for global engineering leader ABB.

Following the award-winning success of the Stonehouse 1MW solar farm—incorporating a 0.5MW BESS and recognised as a finalist at the National Energy Efficiency Awards – our proven delivery, technical expertise, and client-focused approach positioned us to win a highly competitive tender. We’re delighted to have been selected once again as ABB’s trusted design and delivery partner.

Our latest scheme in Aberdeen will build on an existing solar installation, adding a further 137kWp system capable of generating over 112,000 kWh annually and reducing CO₂ emissions by more than 42,000 kg each year. Another step forward in helping industry leaders meet their sustainability and net-zero goals.

Works are progressing at pace, and the feedback from ABB continues to reflect the high standards we pride ourselves on delivering.
