PHS, the parent company of 0800 Repair and Oakes Energy Services, has announced the creation of a new strategic role, with James Carter becoming the National Sales Manager, tasked with strengthening and aligning the sales strategies across both companies.
Previously business development manager at Oakes Energy Services, James has a proven track record of delivering a strong pipeline of work and will now be working across both 0800 Repair and Oakes Energy to unlock new growth opportunities for the future.
In his new position, James will spearhead the unification of sales processes and offerings across the company, working closely with sales director, Jason Oakes, to create a seamless platform that leverages high-value services for both residential and commercial customers. This approach is expected to boost sales efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive revenue growth as PHS builds momentum toward its ambitious 2025 goals.
