Project: Boiler Room Upgrade

Oakes secured the works through a competitive framework which consisted of price, quality and social values. The traditional gas boilers were upgraded to new high efficiency fully condensing range rated units along with a bespoke flue system, hot water calorifier, pipework, inverter driven high efficiency pumps, power and BMS controls, water treatment, insulation and balancing. The works were delivered whilst the care home remained fully operational due to the installation of a temporary plantroom.
